The principal underlying central billing is to make one monthly payment for all members of the buying group for all goods purchased by every member for every supplier. Collection of all payments, management of all invoices, management of disputes, credits, payment terms, records, reconciliation of accounts, discounts and rebates, reports, and all of the statutory accounting procedures legally required.

Evan Mueller

Business Development

Evan has spent most of his working life in finance and business administration roles, in retail supply chains. Evan was the National Credit Manager for one of Australia’s largest buying and marketing groups where he managed the central billing process turning over $350m, a large team of credit controllers, and trade credit insurance policies. He was also responsible for creating business development opportunities which delivered benefits to stakeholders through aggregation and central billing. Evan is the founder of Independent Garden Centres, Australia’s largest buying and marketing group of nursery retailers. He lives by the motto of The Law of Mutual Exchange: everyone in the transaction has to win.

Senthil Jayaraman

Information Technology

Senthil has more than 2 decades of IT experience focussing mainly on financial oriented business systems. He is currently working for one of the big 4 banks helping them upgrading their aging systems. Senthil has a hawk’s eye when it comes to attention to detail and is very passionate on automating the mundane routines in the software systems. He designed the entire Central Billing suite of systems and integrated with CRM and ERP in his previous role. When offline, he is a very keen gardener and loves to watch his boys playing cricket on the weekend comps.

Keith Lane

Business Strategy

Keith began his career during the development and growth period of supermarkets, and was promoted through the management ranks in a variety of organisations until being appointed as CEO of a private company in 1998. Keith drove the company revenue from $10m to $350m, achieving 150th in the BRW Top 500 Private Company List in 2009. He has a reductionist approach in analysing businesses that enabled Keith to clearly identify the essence and core of a business, minimise complexity wherever possible. To keep his sanity, Keith plays Ukulele and does painting apart from spending time with his 7 grandchildren.
